Petitioner is in custody in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 441 of 2019 for the offence under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner that she was involved in murder of Kanti Devi-deceased.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner is Gotni of the deceased and she is residing separately, having separate mess. Learned counsel further submits that there is no eyewitness to the occurrence The petitioner is in custody since 10.6.2019.
