The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 467 of 2019 arising out of Islampur P.S. Case No. 263 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506, 379 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding nine accused persons including the petitioner herein having assembled at a place outside the village and are said to have assaulted the informant and his family members resulting in injuries to the son of the informant and subsequently, he is stated to have died on account of such injuries sustained by him.

No.79959 of 2019(3) dt.19-12-2019 2/3 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against all the accused persons including the petitioner herein and no specific overt act has been attributed to the petitioner herein so as to implicate him in the alleged crime. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is an accused in one other case but he in on bail in the said case and he is languishing in custody since 17.7.2019. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by such conditions as may be deemed fit and proper to be imposed for the purposes of securing regular bail.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.
Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Sessions Trial No. 467 of 2019 arising out of Islampur P.S. Case No. 263 of 2018. It is further directed that the petitioner would mark his attendance before the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police
