2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been preferred in pursuance of order dated 01.05.2025 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 22308 of 2025, whereby the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail and he was required to repay the whole loan amount with interest within a period of two months and gets NOC from the concerned bank in regard to the loan taken by the petitioner from the bank and he was also required to file the said NOC along with the bail bonds within the stipulated time.

3. Petitioner has also filed a copy of the letter addressed to the petitioner by the bank showing deposit of the whole loan amount along with the interest as Annexure- P-2.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74348 of 2025(2) dt.30-10-2025 2/2 Annexure- P-2 clearly shows that the petitioner has deposited all outstanding loan amount, i.e., principal, interest and other Legal expenses in two accounts and thereafter, there is no liability of the petitioner towards the bank.

4. As such, this letter in effect is the required NOC in regard to the loan amounts and the liability of the petitioner. Hence, this letter will be treated as NOC for the sake of this anticipatory bail. Now the petitioner is at liberty to file bail bonds along with this letter / NOC before the Court below in pursuance of the order dated 01.05.2025 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 22308 of 2025.

5. The time for surrender and filing the bail bond before learned Court below is extended by further eight weeks from today.

6. Accordingly, the order dated 01.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22308 of 2025 stands modified to this extent.

7. This order would be integral part of the order dated 01.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22308 of 2025. (Jitendra Kumar, J.) Shahnawaz/- U T
