The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Farbisganj P.S. Case No. 600 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 12 (B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the aforementioned facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
