JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that petitioner and others mercilessly assaulted the deceased by several weapons and earlier the bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Session trail no. 467 of 2019 arising out of Islampur P.S.Case No. 263 of 2018, pending in the court of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa, Nalanda stands rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same
