2. Following reliefs are sought for in the present writ application:- "(I) For issuance of an appropriate order/ orders/direction/ directions/ writ in the nature Mandamus directing and commanding to the Respondents to stop the soil filing of National Highway Four lane road beginning from Athamalgola to Tajpur which is crossing two Panchayat (1) Panchayat Rajpur and (II) Dumaria South Panchayat of Mohanpur Anchal Police Station Patori District Samastipur without water existing of Ganga River because the villagers of two

Patna High Court CWJC No.18348 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 panchayats will suffered from flood and their life and property and residence as well as animals will come in danger and therefore all the 25000 peoples of these two Panchayat will be suffered irreparable loss only due to illegal construction of Athmalgola to Tajpur four lane Road by the Respondents.

(II) And further be pleased to grant other relief/reliefs as the petitioner is entitled for."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation has already been made before the District Magistrate, Samastipur (Respondent No. 4) vide Annexure-P/4.

4. The District Magistrate, Samastipur is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, after taking into account the issues raised therein.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.

6. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
