Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after seven days of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay, that too by the brother of the deceased and not by her husband. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66303 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018.
