2. The petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2018 in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 467/2018 for the alleged offences under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner-husband has been falsely implicated and as a matter of fact his wife committed suicide. There are no eye-witnesses to the occurrence and except suspicion there is no objective material to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP opposes the bail petition submitting that the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and the death has occurred soon after the petitioner and the deceased were married on 21.06.2018. There is specific accusation of demand for cash as well as of torture by the accused persons. It is further pointed out from the order of the learned Sessions Judge that charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed Chandran/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
