The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Jadia P. S. Case No. 167 of 2018 dated 20.10.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Though the petitioners are alleged to have indulged in assault leading to injuries on the person of the informant and others but the injuries are opined to be simple in nature. It has been asserted on behalf of the petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.605 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 that there is a counter version of the occurrence lodged by petitioner no. 3 in which one of the sons of the informant has been made an accused.
The petitioners are persons of clean antecedents. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Vth, Supaul in connection with Jadia P. S. Case No. 167 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) skm/- U
