The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Hilsa Police Station Case No. 273 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 452 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act.

Allegation has been made that the accused person entered into the house of the informant and one of the accused persons resorted firing causing injury to the wife of the informant and they have thought that she died, whereafter they fled away from there.
