The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Liquor was recovered from the hut behind the house of the petitioner.

Submission is that the hut is accessible by other persons and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of
