The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rafiganj P.S.Case No.292 of 2022 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C. as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The specific allegation of firing is attributed to co-accused Dhananjay Singh and Ranjay Singh.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.707 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No.292 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
