The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 308 of 2009 registered under Sections 420, 406, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., while eight persons are named in the F.I.R., out of whom, three persons namely, Sushil Kumar Pathak, Prahalad Singh and Praveen Kumar Singh, have been allowed privilege of pre-arrest

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79497 of 2018(4) dt.19-06-2019 2/2 bail vide order dated 21.05.2010 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 16153 of 2010 and one Chandan Kumar has already been allowed privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 22.07.2011 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 24212 of 2011. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 308 of 2009, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
