2. Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as Respondent Nos. 5 & 6.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15932 of 2023(2) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 7 to dispose of the Reference Case No. 1378/2017(P) for the land under Khata No. 539, Khesra No. 1376, Reference Case No. 173/2017(P) for the land under Khata No. 535, Khesra No. 1410 and Reference Case No. 176/2017(P) for the land under Khata No. 522, Khesra No. 1411 which are still pending before the Respondent No. 7 since 2022.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the Respondent No. 7 is directed to dispose of the aforesaid reference cases after hearing all the concerned parties within a period of three months from the date of production/receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
