Case No. 182/2019, disclosing offences under Sections 365/366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that while the daughter of informant was going to his sister, she was kidnapped and she appears to be major.

Submission is that later on girl was recovered and she has not supported the prosecution case rather she has made allegation against the informant and others, as due to torture of the informant, she had left the house.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances and as the girl is major, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
