2. The petitioner apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and one co-accused namely Anjesh Kumar have assaulted the victim with lathi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide order 01.05.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27179 of 2024.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submits that petitioner is the main assailant of the victim and he doesn't deserve bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also nature of accusation against this petitioner, this anticipatory bail petition stands rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
