2. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karandey P.S. Case No. 37 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 328, 328, 379, 354B and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other coaccused persons came to the house of the informant and assaulted the informant and her family members, causing injuries to them. The dispute took place in the background of the drainage of sewer water.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The background of dispute is clear from
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75200 of 2025(2) dt.11-11-2025 2/3 the FIR itself and altogether 16 persons have been made accused over a petty dispute. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner and the allegations are specific against other coaccused persons. The petitioner is in custody since 13.08.2025 and he has two criminal antecedent. The charge-sheet has also been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the submission made on behalf of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the vague and non-specific nature of the allegation as well as the period of custody and submissions of the charge-sheet, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Sheikhpura in connection with Karandey P.S. Case No. 37 of 2024, subject to the condition laid down under Section 480(3) of the BNSS and other following conditions: (i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below, if so required by the learned

(iii) In case of absence on three consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned. (Arun Kumar Jha, J) Sudhanshu/- U T
