JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Baisi P. S. Case No. 120 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 308, 379, 504 of IPC. As per F.I. R. petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70817 of 2019(3) dt.22-11-2019 2/2 there is general allegation against them of throwing to strangulate her, tore her clothes and assaulted the informant. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. There is case and counter case between the parties. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that two of the injuries were found to be grievous in nature.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Baisi P.
