2. Earlier the anticipatory bail of the petitioners was rejected vide order dated 07.02.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 56138 of 2022.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and they have been implicated along with husband and other inlaws for commission of dowry death of the deceased for nonfulfillment of a demand of a golden chain and one motorcycle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the fresh ground for renewal of the bail petition is that the husband

No.80231 of 2023(2) dt.08-12-2023 2/2 of the deceased against whom there is similar allegation was put on trial in Sessions Trial No. 96 of 2022 and vide judgment and order dated 18.05.2022, he was acquitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge 8th, Bettiah, West Champaran.
5. The husband of the deceased has been acquitted in above-mentioned sessions trial as the witnesses turned hostile and did not support the prosecution case.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 34 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC.
7. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till disposal of the trial.
