In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No.485 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Allegation has been made that the petitioner abducted the victim girl by allurement. The statement made under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. reflects that she was taken away by the petitioner, but the father of the petitioner had dropped the victim girl in the police station.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1022 of 2019(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
