The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Sikraul P. S. Case No. 94 of 2018 dated 17.09.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners and about four others are alleged to have assaulted the informant and other members of his family. The cause of occurrence is protest against the accused persons for their encroaching upon government

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is no injury and because of a minor dispute, the petitioners have been made accused in this case. Regard being had to the nature of accusation and taking into account that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Sikraul P. S. Case No. 94 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
