The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Darbhanga Sadar P.S. Case No.455 of 2018 registered under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that there is direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner that he caused death to his wife by assaulting her with an axe, I am not inclined to grant bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.
