2. This application has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 135 of 2020 arising out of Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Excise Act, 2018.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the truck owner and he has given his truck to the driver on lease and he had been transporting the illicit liquor.

4. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submission, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Darbhanga in connection with G.O. Case No. 135 of 2020 arising out of Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020.
