2. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of Admission with the consent of both the parties. The Respondent No. 2 shall consider the representation given by the petitioner and pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
