2. The present MJC has been filed for modification of the Judgment dated 07.10.2024 passed in CWJC No. 1904 of 2024.
3. For the reasons stated in the present MJC, the same
Patna High Court MJC No.3743 of 2024(2) dt.25-10-2024 2/2 is allowed and in the first line from bottom at page 5 the date "12.09.2024" be read as "20.06.2023". Similarly, in the fist line from the top at page 6, fourth line from the bottom at page 10 and also the seventh line from the top at page 11, the word "one year" be read as "twenty months. Further in the fifth line from the bottom at page 7 the word "hotel" be read as "I.T. Park".
4. Let the Judgment dated 07.10.2024 passed in CWJC No. 1904 of 2024 is modified to the extent as indicated above and acted upon accordingly.
