2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 324(4) and 352 of B.N.S. 3 . The prosecution case in brief, is that Ramjinish Kumar alleged that on 10.04.2025 , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner armed with lathi assaulted family members of informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against this petitioner. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72728 of 2025(2) dt.01-11-2025 2/2 accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 05.08.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 46075 of 2025 .
5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bettiah West Champaran in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 173 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
