2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 297 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 310(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminal committed loot and took away mobile phone, wallet and gold chain of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that a part of the looted amount and an Admit Card belonging to the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74190 of 2025(3) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 was recovered from the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
