The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.136 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 328, 337, 353, 307, 124A of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 27 of the Arms Act as well as section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. Considering the allegations made in the FIR that a huge mob consisting of 16 named and 1000 unknown persons attacked on the police party, pelted stones, set ablaze a police jeep and entered into the police station and damaged several records and articles and the name of the petitioners transpired in course of investigation, I am not inclined to grant them pre-
