2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 173/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are brother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against them. The petitioners are in custody since 23.08.2023.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact

Case No. 173/2023.
