The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 109 of 2019, registered under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 180 bottles, each containing 300 ML Nepali liquor from the courtyard of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.09.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74447 of 2019(2) dt.17-03-2020 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 109 of 2019.
