The Petitioner seeks bail in Shahjahanpur P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of committing murder of his own mother along with FIR named accused. Considering the fact that there is direct allegation against the petitioner of committing murder of his own mother, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby
