2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hathwa P.S. Case No. 134 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the member of the gang which has indulged in killing the deceased.

4. The criminals have shot at the deceased. During investigation materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime. The petitioner is accused in one more case of Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and another case under Section 307 of the Penal Code. The petitioner is in jail since 18.04.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80356 of 2023(3) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
