JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 208 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 308, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault by Tangi on the head of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the injury report shows that the injury is simple in nature which is caused by hard and blunt substance not by sharp cutting weapon.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78304 of 2018(2) dt.08-01-2019 2/2 below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st Jamui, in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 208 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
