2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 379, 411 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the police received an information that certain miscreants are indulged in ATM fraud. On that information police rushed to the place of occurrence. One Sajid Khan was apprehended with some objectionable material. Certain persons managed to escape. The name of this petitioner was disclosed by Sajid Khan.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during trial Sajid Khan has been acquitted. Nothing has been recovered from this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail. He submits that petitioner is having criminal antecedent of one case.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Jehanabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 461 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court of C.J.M., Jehanabad.
