35 liter Nepali liquor are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners for which they are in jail custody since 24.09. 2019. Moreover, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
