Petitioners seek bail in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 412 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners have no concern with the seized article. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners are in custody since 19.08.2019.

Case No. 412 of 2019.
