2. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that in Connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 280 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act dated 13.09.2023, since then, both the petitioners are in incarceration.
3. It is submitted by the learned Advocated for the petitioners that a country made loaded gun was recovered from the petitioner no.1 and nothing was recovered from petitioner no.2. After recovery of gun and live cartridge, nothing remains in the investigation except examination of the contraband articles by scientific examiner.
4. It is also learnt from the learned Advocate for the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75663 of 2023(2) dt.04-12-2023 2/2 petitioners that charge-sheet has already been submitted in the instant case.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not raised objection, if bail is granted under the aforesaid circumstances to the petitioners.
6. For the reasons stated above, the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each, one of whom must be a local surety with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., East Champaran, Motihari.
