2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is husband of the deceased and is in custody since 06.03.2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased died due to ailment. In this case, charges have already been framed and uptilnow, only four witnesses have been examined.

4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
