The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Phulparas P.S. Case No. 230 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is Gotni of the deceased.

This is a case of dowry death. The informant alleged that all the accused persons including this petitioner subjected his daughter to all sorts of torture due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Ultimately, they committed murder of his daughter and cremated her dead-body.

It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. From FIR, it appears that there is direct allegation against this petitioner that on the date of occurrence, hot talk

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67811 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 took place between the deceased and the petitioner Amerika Devi and the same was stated by the deceased to the informant on phone. The daughter of informant died within three years of her marriage at Sasural.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
