This is a case registered under Sections 458 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that petitioner having no criminal antecedent prior to the instant case has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner happens to be the first husband, and the wife is living with the victim who is the second husband. The petitioner has earlier lodged a case bearing K Nagar P.S. Case No. 432 of 2014 under Sections 364,366,323,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the informant of this case. It is submitted that he has been implicated in this case as a counter blast. Investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2017.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Fast Track Court 1st, Purnea in S.Tr. No. 37 of 2018 arising out of K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2017 subject to the conditions :
(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.
(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
