The writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(A) A writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 26.04.2023 issued by the Chairman, Bihar State Board of Religious Trusts, Patna by which Ten members under the patronage of Mr. Rakesh Kumar Raushan, Member of Legislative Assembly, Bihar been constituted for the purpose of managing the affairs of the Udasin Sangat, Tarapur, P.S.- Ekangarsarai, District- Nalanda.

B) For a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent No.

3 to appoint the petitioner as a Mahanth of Udasin Sangat, Village- Tarapur, P.S.- Ekangarsarai, District- Nalanda.

(C) For any other appropriate

At the very outset, Mr. Shekhar Singh, learned counsel appearing for Bihar State Board of Religious Trusts, Patna, (henceforth for short 'the Trust Board') submits that the order dated 26.04.2023 was challenged by which a temporary committee was constituted for the period of one year relating to Shri Udasin Sangat, Tarapur, Ekangarsarai in the District of Nalanda. He submits that the said period already stands lapsed. His further submission is that there is no Interlocutory Application showing any further extension has been made.

4. This Court finds force in the submission of learned counsel appearing for 'the Trust Board'. That may also be reason, on call there has been no appearance for the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court, if the situation so arises.
