2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jurawanpur P. S. Case No. 136 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, Jitendra Kumar (son of the informant) had gone to work with the petitioner and other but did not return. After being searched, the son of the informant could not be traced and it was stated by the informant that there was a money dispute between Jitendra Kumar and the petitioner, therefore, a suspicion was raised by the Informant that all the named accused persons including the petitioner had conspired to kill Jitendra Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74921 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the informant is not an eye witness of the said occurrence and she raised suspicion against the petitioner only on account of a money dispute between the deceased and the petitioner. It is further submitted that except suspicion, there is nothing on record to show the complicity of the petitioner in the occurrence. Petitioner has clean criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.07.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Jurawanpur P. S. Case No. 136 of 2025.
