2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 419, 469, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M.-1, West Champaran at Bettiah.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail,
