2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025 dated 12.06.2025 registered for the offences punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(2), 74, 352, 351(2), 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to get the relief of bail and while rejecting his first prayer for the same relief, this Court gave him a liberty to renew his prayer after framing of charge and now, in the light of the said liberty, he has renewed his prayer. It is further submitted that the charges have been framed upon the petitioner on 26.09.2025 and thereafter,

No.76222 of 2025(2) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 no prosecution witness has turned up till date and one coaccused namely Saurabh Kumar Verma has already been granted bail by the trial court itself and there is a case and counter case in between both the parties and the petitioner's side also got injury in the alleged occurrence and a land dispute running in between both the parties is said to be the genesis of the occurrence. It is lastly submitted that though against this petitioner there are criminal antecedents of four cases but he is on bail in three cases and in respect of fourth case, his bail prayer is pending.
4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly the petitioner's custody period, stage of his trial and also no significant progress in his trial, this Court is now inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court concerned in connection with Kasma P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025.
