JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-06-2018 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bochahan P.S.Case No. 89 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 384, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault by rod on head causing injuries.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and petitioner's side also received injuries.

Heard learned APP also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner on the ground that injury on head is grievous.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15088 of 2018 (3) dt.18-06-2018 2/2 circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
