The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 173 of 2019/ G.O. Case No. 879 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence.
