JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-11-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Karpi P.S. Case No. 129 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is of assault to the informant and her devar.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that informant is daughter in law of cousin of petitioner no. 1 and there is case and counter case between the parties and although, there is allegation of assault, however, injuries sustained by the injured were found simple in nature.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Jehanabad, in connection with Karpi P.S.
