Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is that he committed murder of his wife for the reason that the petitioner was carrying illicit relation with another lady. The petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2015. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

The report of the learned trial Judge would reveal that the trial is at the verge of conclusion. Considering the fact that only material against the petitioner is suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18694 of 2018 (3) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Barari Police Station Case No. 207 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
