No. 54581 of 2024 by which the petitioner was granted regular bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to his mistake, in the prayer portion of the main petition (Cr. Misc. No. 54581 of 2024), the name of the court has wrongly been mentioned as "C.J.M., Bhagalpur" in place of " C.J.M., Gopalganj" .

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the order dated 27.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54581 of 2024 is modified to the extent that name of the court mentioned in the sixth line of paragraph no. 6 of the order be read as " C.J.M., Gopalganj" in the place of "C.J.M. Bhagalpur".
