2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 335 of 2023 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to village politics. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the

No.75532 of 2023(2) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 335 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
